Blue Haven Lake and Pond Cleaning is a locally operated waterbody restoration company headquartered in Sulphur Springs, Texas. We provide professional mechanical weed and debris removal, disposal, and long-term maintenance service plans for ponds, lakes, retention ponds, rivers, and other managed waterbodies across East Texas.
Our purpose is simple: to restore and maintain healthy, beautiful bodies of water while protecting the environment and enhancing property value.
How Blue Haven Began
Blue Haven Lake and Pond Cleaning was founded by Zach and Caryn, a husband-and-wife team with deep roots in hard work, service, and country living.
Zach grew up on a small farm, working cattle and operating equipment from an early age. That foundation of hands-on work followed him into adulthood as he built a diverse professional career across multiple industries, including railroad operations as a freight train conductor and the natural gas industry, where he maintained compressor stations and pipeline operations.
For the past 13 years, Zach has served in law enforcement as a patrol officer, SWAT team member, and, currently, as a detective. A career built on responsibility, discipline, and service to others shaped the way Blue Haven approaches every project today.
The idea for Blue Haven became a reality after a frustrating day fishing the family farm ponds, which had become overrun with invasive aquatic vegetation. After aggravation, research, and firsthand experience with the lack of practical solutions available, Blue Haven Lake and Pond Cleaning was born.
